1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of fidescorwanda.com, operated by Fidescor Facility Group LLC of 4700 Victoria Street, Hickory Hills, IL 60457. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Purpose of this website

This website is an informational and inquiry resource. It describes our commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services and allows prospective clients to request a walkthrough. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer of service or a guaranteed price.

3. Quotes, scopes and pricing

Any figures shown on this website — including per-square-foot ranges and indicative frequencies — are illustrative averages for our service area. Binding pricing is provided only in a written scope of work issued after an on-site walkthrough and signed by both parties. Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Service agreements

• Services are performed under a separate written service agreement that includes the scope, frequency, service window and price.
• Agreements include an initial 90-day service period, after which they continue month to month.
• Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice after the initial period; no early-termination penalty applies.
• Invoices are issued monthly and are due Net 15 unless the agreement states otherwise. Balances more than 30 days past due may accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge.
• Additional or project work outside the written scope is quoted and approved in writing before it begins.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the facility during the agreed service window, to disclose known hazards, to maintain functioning utilities and lighting during service, and to secure valuables and confidential materials. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by denied access, alarm failures or unsafe conditions.

6. Service standards and remedies

We aim for a 4.0 or better average on our weekly 40-point inspection. If a scoped task is missed, notify us by phone or email; anything reported before 2:00 PM Central will be corrected during the next scheduled service at no additional charge. Re-performance of the affected work is the primary remedy for a service deficiency.

7. Insurance and liability

Fidescor maintains commercial general liability coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence, statutory Illinois workers' compensation and a janitorial services bond. Certificates are available on request. Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, our aggregate liability arising from services in any twelve-month period is limited to the total amount paid by the client for services during that period. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual property

All text, photographs, graphics, logos and layout on this website are the property of Fidescor Facility Group LLC or used under licence, and are protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not republish, resell, scrape or systematically copy site content without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, place automated load on our servers, harvest contact details for unsolicited marketing, or misrepresent your identity.

10. Third-party content

This site embeds a Google Maps frame and may link to external resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the descriptive content is complete for every situation. This disclaimer applies to the website only; contracted services carry the commitments set out in the signed agreement.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by direct discussion first. Any unresolved dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
