Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Fidescor Facility Group wants every prospective client, employee and visitor to be able to use fidescorwanda.com, regardless of ability or assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

2. Measures we have taken

• Semantic HTML landmarks, headings in logical order and a visible “skip to main content” link.
• Colour combinations checked against WCAG contrast ratios for body and interface text.
• Keyboard operability for navigation, accordions, the cookie panel and all form controls, with visible focus styles.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and titles on embedded frames.
• Form fields with associated labels, clear required-field marking and status messaging.
• Full respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” setting — all animation is disabled when it is on.
• Responsive layout that reflows to 320px width and supports 200% browser zoom.

3. Known limitations

The embedded Google Maps frame is a third-party component whose accessibility we do not control; the same address information is available as plain text on the Contact page. Some legacy PDF documents supplied to clients may not yet be tagged for screen readers — contact us and we will supply an accessible alternative.

4. Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier on this site, or you need information from it in another format — large print, plain text or read aloud over the phone — contact Marsha Jankowski at 224-612-1226 or administrator@fidescorwanda.com. We aim to respond within three business days and to resolve reported barriers within 30 days.

5. Assessment approach

This site was reviewed with automated tooling and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing during its most recent revision. We re-check accessibility whenever pages are substantially changed.
