From first call to steady state in about three weeks
There is no mystery to good facility service — it is a written scope, trained people and an inspection you can read. Here is exactly how an account runs with us.
The call
A ten-minute conversation about your building, your current pain points and your access windows. If we are not the right fit — wrong size, wrong distance, wrong specialty — we will say so and point you elsewhere.
The walkthrough
We come to you, usually within three business days. We measure, count restroom fixtures, identify floor materials, photograph problem areas and ask how the space is used after hours. Expect 45–75 minutes.
The written scope
Within two business days you receive a line-item scope of work: every task, its frequency, the crew size, the service window and the monthly price. Anything optional is priced separately so you can decide.
Onboarding
Once signed, we schedule a 30-day launch. Keys and codes are logged, your assigned crew is introduced by name, supply closets are set up, and a supervisor is on site nightly for the first two weeks.
Nightly execution
Crews follow a printed route card. Tasks are checked off and signed. Anything out of the ordinary — a leak, a burnt-out fixture, a propped door — gets reported to you the same night.
Weekly inspection
A route supervisor completes a 40-point walk with time-stamped photos. Scores below standard trigger a corrective action logged against the specific area, not a generic apology.
Monthly reporting
Your invoice arrives with a one-page scorecard: inspection average, issues opened and closed, supply usage and any recommendations for the coming month.
Quarterly review
Marsha calls or visits quarterly to review the scorecard trend and adjust the scope. Most changes we make to a contract come from these conversations, not from renewals.
