1. Who we are

Fidescor Facility Group LLC (“Fidescor”, “we”, “us”) is an Illinois limited liability company with its principal place of business at 4700 Victoria Street, Hickory Hills, IL 60457. We operate the website fidescorwanda.com and provide commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services. Marsha Jankowski, Managing Member, is responsible for privacy matters and can be reached at administrator@fidescorwanda.com or 224-612-1226.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what choices you have. It applies to visitors to fidescorwanda.com. Information collected in the course of providing services under a signed agreement is additionally governed by that agreement.

Information you give us

  • Contact and inquiry details — name, company or building name, email address, telephone number, facility type, approximate square footage and any message you write when you request a walkthrough or email us.
  • Employment inquiries — information you send if you contact us about a position.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL and the pages you view. This is processed in server logs by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, time on page and general navigation patterns, only where you have consented to analytics cookies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information through this website, and we do not collect information from children under 13.

4. How our request form works

The walkthrough request form on this website does not transmit data to a database. When you press “Send request” your browser opens your own email application with the details you typed pre-filled, addressed to administrator@fidescorwanda.com. Nothing is stored on this website, and the message is only sent if you choose to send it from your own email account.

5. Why we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule a site walkthrough.
  • To prepare and deliver a written scope of work and pricing.
  • To administer services, invoicing and support for clients under contract.
  • To keep the website secure, available and free of abuse.
  • To measure — with your consent — which pages and advertising campaigns bring qualified inquiries.
  • To comply with legal, tax, insurance and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: legitimate interests for responding to business inquiries and securing our site; performance of a contract for delivering services; consent for analytics and advertising cookies; and legal obligation for tax and record-keeping requirements.

7. Who we share information with

  • Hosting and infrastructure — our web host stores server logs and delivers this site.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms — only where you have accepted the corresponding cookie category. This may include Microsoft Advertising (Bing) and Google Analytics.
  • Professional advisers — accountants, insurers and legal counsel where genuinely necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law, subpoena or to protect our rights and the safety of our employees and clients.

8. How long we keep information

Inquiry emails are retained for 24 months from the last contact unless they become part of a client relationship. Client records are retained for the duration of the agreement and for seven years afterwards to satisfy tax, insurance and contractual requirements. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent at any time. Illinois residents may also have rights under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act — note that we do not collect biometric information through this website.

California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and request deletion, and will not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

11. How we protect information

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry email and client records is limited to employees who need it for their role, protected by unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where supported. Our staff receive confidentiality training and are bound by confidentiality terms in their employment agreements. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Some pages embed a Google Maps frame or link to external sites. Those services have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or data handling.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revision date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
