For a standard office under 25,000 square feet we usually launch within seven to ten business days of a signed scope. If you are leaving a vendor abruptly, we can often provide interim coverage within 48 hours while the full program is set up.

No. After an initial 90-day service period our agreements run month to month and either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. There are no automatic multi-year renewals and no early-termination penalties.

Most nightly office accounts land between $0.08 and $0.16 per square foot per service. Clinics and schools run higher because of frequency and infection-control requirements; warehouses often run lower per square foot. You will receive a firm line-item number after the walkthrough.

Yes. Every cleaner is a W-2 employee of Fidescor Facility Group LLC — we do not subcontract. All staff pass a seven-year criminal background check and are covered by $2,000,000 general liability, Illinois workers' compensation and a janitorial services bond.

That is the core of how we operate. Each account has an assigned crew and a named backup for vacations and illness. If a permanent change is necessary, your supervisor tells you before it happens.

Most janitorial work happens between 6:00 PM and 4:00 AM. Day porter coverage runs during business hours. Medical suites are often cleaned immediately after closing. We build the window around your operations, not ours.

Keys are numbered, signed out to a specific employee and stored in a locked cabinet at our Hickory Hills office. Alarm codes are unique to Fidescor and never shared between accounts. We log every arrival and departure and can integrate with your access-control system.

Report it any way you like — phone, email or the note pad in your supply closet. Anything reported before 2:00 PM is corrected that same night at no charge. The issue and its resolution appear in your monthly report.

We can. Most clients let us track usage and purchase consumables in bulk, which we invoice at our cost with no markup. If you prefer your own supplier we will simply stock what you provide.

Yes. We can run any account on Green Seal or EcoLogo certified chemistry with HEPA-filtration vacuums and microfiber-first methods, and we provide the documentation needed for LEED Operations and Maintenance credits.

Absolutely. Post-construction cleans, move-out details, seasonal deep cleans, carpet extraction and floor refinishing are all quoted as standalone projects. Many of our long-term clients started with a single project.

Our vans dispatch from 4700 Victoria Street in Hickory Hills. We regularly serve Palos Hills, Bridgeview, Oak Lawn, Burbank, Justice, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Alsip, Lemont, Bolingbrook and the south and west sides of Chicago.

Active clients receive an after-hours number that reaches a supervisor directly. For water intrusion, sewage backups or biohazard events we mobilize within roughly two hours and coordinate with your restoration contractor if the scope exceeds cleaning.
