Nightly Janitorial
Trash and recycling, restrooms, break rooms, glass, dusting, vacuuming and spot-mopping on a written nightly checklist.

Commercial cleaning · Hickory Hills, Illinois
Fidescor Facility Group keeps offices, clinics, schools and production floors across the southwest Chicago suburbs clean, compliant and inspection-ready — with the same supervised crew in your building every single night.
Why buildings switch to us
The story is always the same: a great first month, then rotating strangers, skipped restrooms, and a phone number nobody answers. Fidescor was started in 2014 by Marsha Jankowski after fifteen years managing vendors for a Chicago property group — she had lived that story from the client side and decided to build the opposite.

Industries
A dental suite and a machine shop do not get the same checklist. We write yours around the standards your inspectors actually enforce.
Quality control
Every Fidescor account runs on the same three-layer system, and every layer produces something you can read.
We measure the space, count fixtures, note floor types and ask how your building is actually used after 5 PM.
Written scope, assigned crew introductions, key and alarm protocol, and a supervisor on site nightly for the first two weeks.
Inspection scores, supply usage and any issues logged in one monthly report delivered with your invoice.

We went through three vendors in two years before Fidescor. Same two people have cleaned our clinic for nineteen months now, and our state inspector specifically noted the sterilization corridor.
The monthly report is what sold my CFO. I forward it as-is. When a restroom got missed last spring, it was in the report before I noticed it, with a note on how they fixed it.
They refinished four thousand square feet of gym floor over one summer week and were completely out of the way of our camp schedule. Marsha answered her phone on a Saturday.

Quick answers
For a standard office under 25,000 sq. ft. we can typically launch within seven to ten business days of a signed scope — faster if you are replacing a vendor mid-month and need coverage immediately.
No. Our agreements run month to month after an initial 90-day service period, and either side can end them with 30 days' written notice. We would rather earn the renewal.
Yes. Everyone on our payroll is W-2, E-Verified, background checked and covered by $2,000,000 general liability, workers' compensation and a janitorial services bond. Certificates are available on request.
Most nightly office accounts in our area land between $0.08 and $0.16 per square foot per service, depending on restroom count, floor type and frequency. You get a line-item number after the walkthrough — never a guess over the phone.
Marsha or one of our account managers will meet you on site, measure the real scope, and send a written scope-of-work with line-item pricing within two business days. No pressure, no auto-renew traps.
